INVESTMENT PROCESS
There is not a "standard" process, as we adapt to the situation at hand. But each and every investment process begins with a referral.
ENGAGEMENT
From co-investors, relations, industry experts, and other trusted sources, we receive referrals of companies in need for growth capital. These companies can either approach us or we reach out to them. Basis for starting the investment process is an up-to-date business plan and business presentation targeting potential investors.
We will review the plans, and engage with company management and with existing investors to assess the best way to move forward, both from the company perspective as from the investor's perspective. This process is tailor made to the situation at hand.
INVESTING PROCESS
HANDS-ON
Once we have decided to invest in the company (always a substantial minority stake), we will add value through our knowledge, networks, and management and board expertise to assist the company in achieving its goals. We are in principle also open to follow-on investments should that be required to help achieve our mutual goals.
